How Do I Make an Appointment?
Give us a call to schedule an appointment, Monday through Friday, including lunchtime and occasional evening hours, or book online. Although walk-ins are not available, if we can schedule you for an urgent need appointment the same day, we will. If you are having a medical emergency, please go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room or call 911.
What Can I Expect as a New Patient?
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our receptionist and offered a Phreesia pad to input your patient information. When your name is called, a nurse will see you and take your vitals. Then you'll be seen by a doctor, who will take all the necessary time to listen to your needs and accurately diagnose any issues you may be having.
What Do I Need to Bring to My Appointment?
Please bring in a list of current medications you are taking, plus any current medical records or labs you have. Make sure you also have a form of ID (such as a driver's license) and your health insurance information.
See our "Immigration Physical" page to find out what you need to bring to your immigration medical exam.
What Forms of Payment Does Dacia Medical Accept?
We accept all types of payment: cash, check, credit and debit cards, and various forms of insurance.
